  38. Find Area Code (FAC) is a TSR-capable MSDOS program which can quickly
  39. search for and display U.S. and international telephone area codes or
  40. other custom information entered by the user.  FAC performs its search
  41. using any part of an area code, city, state, country or other string,
  42. and shows matches almost instantly.  FAC also has a very powerful
  43. "fuzzy search" mode which allows you to search using sound-alike,
  44. phonetic spellings. FAC uses a datafile which you can modify in any
  45. way or it can search a default or user-specified external datafile.
  46. FAC can search as quickly as 800 lines per second on a slow XT and as
  47. much as 4000-5000 lines per second on a fast 386.  FAC can run from
  48. the MSDOS command line or you can install it as a memory resident
  49. program (TSR). As a TSR, FAC can operate in as little as 7K of RAM
  50. using disk or expanded (EMS) memory for swapping. FAC intelligently
  51. supports 25, 43, and 50 line video (text) color/mono modes, sizing and
  52. zooming the screen appropriately.
